I figured it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness. Despite the "game" space getting flooded with clickbait and bad takes, here's my actual advice.

Confidence

Confidence is key. And, confidence can be learned. The easy way to develop confidence is through competence. You don't feel nervous tying your shoes since you've done it so many times. When you were learning to drive a car at 15 with your learner's permit, you were nervous, but then with enough repetition, it becomes natural.
